Tecentriq 1200mg injection is an anticancer medication containing the active ingredient Atezolizumab which belongs to the class of medicine called monoclonal antibody (Mab).
Atezolizumab is a monoclonal antibody used to treat advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma with disease progression during or up to 12 months after platinum-containing chemotherapy.
TECENTRIQ may be used with the medicine’s bevacizumab, paclitaxel, and carboplatin as your first treatment when your lung cancer has spread or grown

Tecentriq Injection is an immunotherapy drug that works by binding to PD-L1 expressed on tumor cells and tumor-infiltrating immune cells, blocking its interactions with both PD-1 and B7.1 receptor.
By inhibiting PD-L1, Tecentriq may enable the re-activation of T cells and fight off cancer.

The initial dose of Tecentriq must be administered over 60 minutes. If the first infusion is tolerated all subsequent infusions may be administered over 30 minutes.
