Ibrushil 140mg Capsule consists of the active ingredient Ibrutinib. It is indicated to treat blood cancers such as mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL), Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia, and Marginal zone lymphoma (MZL). These are cancers of the white blood cells called lymphocytes that are part of the immune system. Ibrushil 140mg Capsule is also used to treat chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD) after the failure of systemic therapy. During allogeneic stem cell transplantation, the patient receives stem cells from the donor. GVHD occurs when donor cells view the patient’s cells as foreign and attack them. The duration of treatment varies on the basis of your response to treatment. Your doctor may get regular blood tests to check number of blood cells during treatment with this medicine.

Medicinal Use of IBRUSHIL 140MG CAPSULE

The mechanism of action of Ibrushil 140mg involves blocking a specific protein called Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) which plays a key role in the survival and growth of cancer cells. By inhibiting BTK, Ibrushil 140Mg prevents the cancer cells from receiving the signals they need to grow and divide, leading to their eventual death.
